you dont need to complete anything you just need to be lvl 10+ and thats it
works like a charm sometimes its empty but most the time its full

yep i checked on it some were opened already but I managed to cop another one or two. I think it depends on the servers. Packed up worlds have higher chances of getting placed in an overflow server during peak hours giving you more loot chance!

You need to be in overflow servers for it to keep droppping the chest,

It works but there aren't enough overflow servers atm, there were EU connection issues.

You have to complete the heart quest for the chest to not be empty.

thats actually kinda weird because if you've never done it before its just weird that the chest is empty D: keep trying!

I confirm that this is either fixed or there is another variable we don't understand. I'm currently on an overflow server, quest completed, but the chest is empty each time (opened and glowing)

The same is happening for me. The chest appears to be open and I'm logging into different overflows.

Was fixed after the patch, BUT does occasionally work on overflows for some realms (sorry i don't have a list of which ones).
