Hey man, i have just the high end account you are seeking. Decided to sell it after i got a new job and lost interest in online gaming.

It has ALL ITENS NECESSARY TO FORGE THE LEGENDARY DAGGER: INCINERATOR(ONLY NEEDS 40 SKILL POINTS TO GET THE BLOODSTONE SHARD, WHICH IS THE LAST ITEM TO FORGE IT! ONLY NEED TO PLAY THE GAME TO FINISH IT!).

As you can see, there's no way a new player can get the exclusive rewards from GW1 on GW2, only veteran players like me who accomplished everything possible in the first game can have items like a Flame Dragon Sword skin, etc(check out Hall of Monuments Calculator for more info on the rewards and type Stephan Of Mathieu in character name, that was my main char in GW1).
