[Memory] Easiest way to find active sockets for use with WS2_32.send?

    Hey guys,

I'm currently trying to send packets through FFXIV to do various things, and have gotten everything I need done and working except dynamically getting an open socket to use for WS2_32.send. (it works if I find it and hardcode it myself)

Is there an easy way to get this that I am overlooking?

I know I could get it by injecting a codecave just prior to WS2_32.send is called initially and grab what I need from that, but that seems overkill just to get a little 2byte number that only seems to change by about 0x100 or so each time!
