The only ones getting banned are the gold sellers I believe,but It's best to buy most of the amount you can now rather than later when they start banning gold buyers aswell.Or atleast that's what I'd do.

Botting is not to bad. They will lock your character for some time. But not ban your account. So just use a bot character if you can.

But I have been banned for teleporting all over the map which was hilarious in pvp

And people wonder why Zenimax has a hard on for tracking down teleporters. Im not going to judge anyone for teleporting, but I will say that reckless behavior while using the framework
makes it difficult for everyone involved.
