With a simple AHK script and a modified tactical addon, you dont even need skill. It will auto block/dodge as needed.

Bethesda rocked the sh*t out of Oblivion and Skyrim, without mods. Sure mods made them better, but on launch day, these games we're already better than most I've ever played.
