Can you explain the solution?

You have to purchase the crowns to yourself on the ARG Steam using a worldwide Steam gift card so you can bypass the credit card request. You have to start ESO through ARG Steam and in my case make a new account on ESO. That ARG steam ESO account will have the Crown Points loaded. You can't gift the crown points to another account directly the only way to send it to another account would be to purchase what you want from the Crown Store and gift that item to your main account.

But... the only restriction of making a new ESO account is that you can't gift items until after 30 days have passed.

Sounds a little confusing but its pretty easy to understand once you get the hang of it.

Also just google "Worldwide Steam gift cards" to find out where to buy the digital code gift cards. You don't have to be on VPN for that.

I feel it's overdue that someone let everyone reading this know that ZOS did a mass-ban back in May on players that were selling tons of Crowns and pretty much killed the Crown-to-Gold Market. This will most likely happen again at some point, so don't be surprised if you end up trying to login one of these days and can't because you're banned for life.

So steam actually caught on this and using a vpn to make new country of residence account in argentina it will just keep saying bad capcha response and wont let u through (used both nordvpn and express vpn), I am willing to buy an argentina account off you if you are willing though, pleaase and thank you!
