As for "why do this?" Sure, the loot usually sucks, but if you're in desperate need of a few epic improvement materials grab a few buddies and do this a couple times asking them to pass you any epics they get for deconstruction. Quick and dirty.

my fire trap isnt burning, thats why he's coming to me. any clue to set it alight?

Been trying it lately - no chains on boss / no fire coming from traps. Boss still comes after you from pulling. Think it might of been a stealth fix.
