You don't need to dump it.
Just get "Driver Radar Pro" - it blocks the XIGNCODE3 driver but the game still launches.
You can attach a debugger like x64dbg.

it tells me it has blocked it but its still running and shutting down the game cause of suspicious software detections

edit: can attach x64dbg now but im stuck @ "C0000005, EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" (running as admin)

Yea, you can't run the game after you attached the debugger but you can still anayze the unencrypted code.
