R1 Paladin + specific requirements

After selling my old main paladin as part of a package deal in late WoD (the poor state of the game being the main driver of this sale, it is a rare occasion that I sell) and determining to just stick with paladin as a main class...I am at a loss after missing some key elements from that old paladin. That being said, these are the requirements of what I am looking for:

R1 from TBC and/or WOTLK (may consider Cata)
TBC drake (multiple preferred)
17/17 CM
Tabard of the Protector



I am more than willing to pay for the worth & opportunity to regain a character with the above attributes listed. Current level / gear are not required.
