670+ BM Hunter with 715 ring and T17 4pc

My accounts were caught in the banwave. So I'm after a new one that wont be locked. I only have two requirements that aren't negotiable;
1: Must have the 715 ring (I'd like to avoid that grind very much).
2: Must have the T17 4pc (Normal is fine).

Other things like achievements, battle pets, and mounts are not a big priority for me. A level 3 garrison would be nice too.
