Selling an account with 300k gold + 3 90s + more!

I would not be selling my account if I had the opportunity to play WOW right now. I don't think there are no reasons for me to hold this while I can't play. The account has not been paid for the subscription. I am the original owner.
The account has most of the heirlooms. Capes/Helms/Weapons/Chests +.... I think I'm missing the PvP Heirlooms for the Holy paladin chest and the monk staff. The account has TCG mount name Corrupted Hippograph and I have bought this for 150k gold. So, it's a really unique mount and expensive mount.
The 90 Warlock is the only character that has 9 golds in CM, mastered all the 6 professions except Archaeology 283/600.
I quit WOW after having killed Heroic Sha of Fear. The 90 Warlock has PvE epics ilvl of 507. The next up to par character would be Filnbrezzak, the hunter.
I have the feat of strength kills on HM bosses in Terrace, HoF, Mongushan. I have quit this game as soon as Throne of Thunders came.

Oh and this warlock holds multiple Ranked DPS meters on HoF/Terrace/Mongushan. I came 22nd in the world as a Destro Warlock for HM Sha of Fear for example. I have taken screenshots of them so ask for them if you want to see. 2.1k achieve on Rated BG as well.

I believe that gold alone is worth $300? Correct me if I am wrong, I'm down for a fair trade. I'm not quite sure how much in total this account is worth to be honest. Even if you are not buying it would be helpful if you can throw some numbers in and also the reason why you think it's worth that much.
