New Lifetime Warranty (As of 03/19/2013):

After a number of years in this business and the horror that we have seen with people lying about recalls, we have decided that we are no longer giving our the Secret Question/Answer to an account. So, to balance things out, we are now giving out a lifetime warranty on ALL of our accounts sold on or after 03/19/2013. When you buy an account now, you will get the login and password to the account only. If you need your password reset at any time, you just contact us and we will reset it for you.

Please note that if you wish to change the name on the Battle.net account through a 3rd party service, we will give that service provider all of the information to do the name change, but we will no longer cover the account against recall or anything else happening to it. Also, if you ever wish to resell/trade your account to someone else, please let us know and we will provide the person that buys/trades for the account with all of the account information (the warranty ends with you and we will not warranty the account for the next individual).

Lol sorry...Did I just read that when you pay top dollar for an account, that you are no longer giving out all of the information associated with it? Looks to me that you are a company, and quite frankly the one that needs to assume most of the risk. I would never buy an account without a Secret Question/Answer. If someone pays cash for something, in this industry, they should defiantly get all of the information.
