Characters from 60 lvl and below 120 lvl have special event chests that each contain gear min ilvl 445 up to 485, you just need to level the character to 120 and open them.
Main character DH Havoc has 94k gold, cool mounts, flying on BfA zones achievement, Warglaives of Azzinoth transmog(buyable only through shop on this server,can't drop from illidan).
DH ilvl is 472 with full BiS gear I did some 20 keys in the past, it has pvp, raid and mythic + gears (many gear pieces)
Other 120 chars have max flying and are between 300 & 400 ilvl, and overall have about 20k gold.
