the enchant illusion is account bound and not char bound after the Scroll have been used , just FYI

When you move a character to a separate account it takes all enchant illusions / mounts / tabards that it has earned on that specific character.

No. only Personal mounts like pvp mounts .
example : if your charr actualy looted Ashes of alar, then u xfer it to new account, it will not bring ashes to new account, Same goes for enchants , they are both account wide and bound . it brings Tabards in bags and bank yes . same with enchant illusion only if they are not used, ( have the actual scroll in bags )
