Gave me the wrong account - cant contact him

Everything was going well and He had given me access, and i payed him for some raf time but then he said, I jsut realised serbian acc's cant get raf.
So I payed him for 3 months with changing countrys, This is when he all started to get wierd.
He then said he was going to give me another account that could do raf, I though ok, But it is a shit account with a bad rogue on it, and the reason I bought the warrior was because I really wanted a warrior, nothing else, So I said no I dont want that, but he never responded to me, He then didnt come online for 2 days, and when he finally did, I started at all the problems,
After saying finally your online, he read the messages I'd sent while he was offline, and called me retarded and said, Ive given you account with gametime, whats the problem?
I then raged abit about how it was pos acc and all I wanted was the warrior, Then he said, so, go play on warrior, do i care? I told him, I didnt pay for the pos acc, I payed for gametime on the warrior account and that was all I wanted, Then, SO i cant to make that account UK its on serbia and they changed the way, But he never made a ticket about this on the acc so he clearly didnt even try to have the country changed, I then tell him I dont care about that anymore. So he says, yep I gave you another account with gametime on it and and you will have gametime on the rouge if you want when not i give you some gold when you play or some thing.
I asked him what he was offering me? and all I wanted was the warrior account with the secret question, I dont even care about the gametime anymore just give me the account,
He has now stopped answering me again, like every other time
This guy is either really bad at selling stuff, or a scammer, do not buy from him.

He's probably reading this so
If I get the account today or tommorow, Ill remove this post and edit my post to say what it said before a nice thing.

But If I dont, a scan report and all will go up.

Edit: I trusted him a bit because He was donator but it seems thats gone now.
