Can't tell u guys how is their boosting experience but... contacted on Skype about a BRF normal boost and customer service was... really bad.

First time I tried to ask for a boost the guy who was on Skype told me to wait 6 hours to reserve a slot (Ok, cool!)

Second time... the guy told me to wait 10 minutes to give me more info about raid time schedule... An hour later waiting for a response and still got nothing.
I type something and he apologies and say that he needs to check a free slot for me. Another hour and a half later waiting for that...
