Bought 8/8 Gold CM. They have livechat functionality to walk you through your purchase if you need assistance. Be aware the website has an EU and a US section toggle at the top; make sure you're on the correct side of it. The "buy now" functionality on their pages skips asking if you want any of the +$ addons (examples being: self-play options, expedited service, afk-runs, and so forth) which you may desire. Made that mistake with self-play and was refunded my purchase within seconds.

I requested the availability of their CM Gold runs on US in advance and they fit me into a run within 2 hours. Runs were quick and clean with only one reset in Auchindoun, one reset in Grimrail with both being on the first pull so no significant time lost. Total time taken was about 2.5 hours to do the runs; 4hrs from time of purchase.

Overall I would recommend and purchase from again.
