Update:

Added them on Skype to get some alt, alt, alt, alt account CM'd up before the end of Legion because I just couldn't stand the thought of pugging it for the 10th time. The service was prompt, polite and very professional. I was originally booked in for later in the week, and that wasn't a problem. I was asked later in the day if I'd like to have to done right now, which was great for me. I couldn't complain at all.

After giving them the username+password and accepting the authenticator request, I was provided with a stream link to watch. I watched on and off while doing other things, but from what I saw they clearly knew what they were doing. The strats were similar to my own and there were no wipes or resets.

When it was completed, I was informed on Skype that it was done and I could log in again. The character was back in my Garrison with all the achievements.

Overall a very solid and professional service that I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful and fast service from these folks! Got a Grove Warden mount in less than 24 hour after contacting them.

Service was so good, I've now got a Challenge Mode scheduled for me and a Grove Warden run for the wifey. They've been extremely courteous and willing to put up with my many questions and concerns. Even a big time zone difference hasn't been an issue. I'll post again after the next two runs.

I purchased an 8/8 gold (Piloted) CM run.
They required me to reserve a spot on Monday, and pay ahead of time for the reservation. The friendliness that was brought from the individual on skype made me jump onto it.

I was just messaged that they were able to give me an early spot - Allowing me to get the runs done sooner.

I am in the process of watching them stream it as I type this (and will edit my post as they finish). They seem like a good group of people! So far, I would give them a 10/10 recommendation.
