I had a talk with paypal service center today and they told me that they wont accept chargebacks from virtual currency order so in case the account is his and not stolen i don't see how he could get the money off you. I don't know if its different in other countries. Calling paypal service number should help you

i just got scammed by logbba too.
He bought 40USD worth of wow gold off me and did a chargeback right away.

Well I got no charge back so far. But watch out a lot of people have reported them from this guy.

Virtual stuff ,depends on what kind of claims it is

Some paypal helps with proof of shipment required while some that is definitely a noo ;D unauthorized payment ex. if it is ..

I printed this and sent to paypal. Don't know if it'll help though, but I also tried messaging the email used by the paying paypal on facebook to see if that's the guy.
We'll see how this goes.

Sorry about this .

Normally use such way to scam gold ,they do not use their own paypals .it means somehow you already lost on this case .

But kindly warn everybody of such scams :

With the inflation of wow gold ,nobody would be a fool to buy such amount of gold from someone they do not know at such price .put yourself in the shoes' of a normal buyer they are afarid of being scammed as well ,so why they look for a totally stranger !
