There are real boost teams I can say from my s11 2200+ experience. You can see them boosting from their MMRs. One or two people in their team will have around -500 atleast from others. I think your best choice to find a boost team is having a friend that sees a boost team as opponent and writes down their captain's name and server so you can contact them in-game.
God I wish I continued my PvP these prices are much better then farming )

I'm 50% sure I got ripped off by gameboosters.ca as I've paid and nothing have happened in 3days, and the support guy on skype has been offline for over 30 hours :/
