I am facing the same (ie no email replies etc). However, he shared with me the reason for the delay. Trust me its a valid reason. He has an excellent track record in this line of work. Lets give him some space and wait for now. It seems like he is facing a genuine issue.

Anyway my account got banned 1 year ago. Blizzard stated I bought gold. I know nobody would belief me If I said I never did such things....but thats the truth. I think what triggered the ban was me buying some pets for super good price when I was overseas (not my usual IP). I didnt know this could get me banned.The first letter from Seph didnt work. However it was a well written letter. Im, waiting for the second letter. Will keep you guys updated!

Hi all,

Sephiroth did it again! I got unbanned 2 weeks after we started sending the tickets! This is an account that has been banned for more than a year. Initial appeals failed a year ago and I gave up on ever getting my account back.

He wrote a total of 7 letters. We sent a ticket every day. My case was reviewed a few times and rejected. Eventually it was sent to the penalty department and voila the ban was removed.
I am very satisfied and highly recommend his service. Each letter he wrote for me was so perfectly written that it probably made the GMs pause and they had to take us seriously.

My advise if you take up his service is to be patient and do EXACTLY as he tells you. He knows his stuff and do trust in what he tells you.
