As an Advanced user, you are answered in the order your ticket was received, as all the other members do. When there are ban waves on other games, that can slow down the process, which is why some people chose to select the Premium service. Yes, it was over 24 hours, but as Advanced, that is what I tell everyone the minimum time will be. I normally quote 24-30 hours for an Advanced user, or 4-8 hours as a Premium user. Again, those times differ as the amount of customers I have differs.

Got my main account inadvertently banned for selling gold and went through a lengthy initial back-n-forth with support where they did not reverse the ban. My last ditch effort was to ADMIT to selling gold with a promise to never happen again, etc...and I still did not get unbanned. I reached out to Seph and he told me it would be difficult but possible to still unban my account. He sent me the instructions and literally after 1 letter, I am now unbanned. This man knows what to do.

Got my account perma banned a while ago and he managed to get it unbanned after a month long battle.

Unfortunately it got rebanned due to some complications unrelated to the service but hey, the guy knows what he's doing.
