    Paid for single unban letter! We'll see how it goes

    Update: Didn't work for me. Still have my 14 day ban even after the letter. Regarding the service, it was pretty slow. The contact was odd and in a way the letter just felt like the same on given to everyone who got banned for the same reason.

    Well guys, let me say that I paid for Lifetime a week ago and so far, I am impressed with his service and writing quality. Okay maybe my chance of being unbanned might be very little, but I was curious on how this service might work, so far I am enjoying it, even though sometimes the letters feel off context, truth is the support people from such games do not give a shit if it is off context or not. I had opened a ticket before regarding my ban and I did everything the support people requested, yet no unban.

    Now after I posted some letters that Seph wrote, they are stating that I declined their requests, back on my previous ticket. WTH... I am quite shocked that such people are employed to give support, I do not expect to be unbanned or opening me exceptions, but saying false stuff to the user, its just incredulous. I just hope Seph letters can really outsmart them, either for the good of unbanning my account. Even if they dont, even more reason for me to stop supporting such companies.

    Definately recommend so far if you have not to lose and if you want to learn a thing or 2 from Seph's Writing.

    Bought lifetime premium service for an unban.
    Received email fairly quick.
    The step by step guide was very well written and easy to understand.
    Followed it and the next day my permanent ban was changed to a 72 hour ban.
    Overall great service and customer assistance.
    However getting in touch is rather slow but I understand that he does have a job outside of providing this service.

    I'd just like to update this. It's been a couple of months but I took a break from utilizing my Premium Lifetime service mainly because I was so frustrated with BioWare's so-called customer support.

    I wrote to their account disputes team and the 1st ticket was ignored.

    I sent them a 2nd ticket Seph told me to send and over 3 months later still no response. I resent it to them and let them know when I last sent them the ticket.

    I hope Seph can get back to me later to send a possible 3rd ticket, but I hope they don't continue ignoring my queries. Sadly I am not the only one facing this. I have a friend who was caught in some glitch in the system when it comes to atuo-banning, tried getting his account unbanned and no one from BioWare responded to him. There was also a post on the forums in September about someone wanting to overturn a 1-day ban and had still received absolutely no response from the accounts disputes team.

    I know I just started (and got back to going through with this as well) but I hope Seph can get my wrongfully banned account back to me.

    I have had people get response / unbanned in as little as two hours, but I have had people take two days to get a response as well.
