Bought the Unlimited Service (20 letters) yesterday, and I got the 1st letter to send to Blizzard within minutes. I submitted the first ticket, but somehow it won't display it now, perhaps the guys from Blizzard are doing something. Anyway, I'll edit this once I have made progress.

EDIT 1: So for now I know that my first ticket has been deleted. Waiting for a reply from Sephirofl on this.

EDIT 2: Got second letter, sent it but they weren't happy at all with it.

EDIT 3: Sent third letter, they weren't happy this time either. Will keep going.
