Sephiroth what do you think about the chances of getting back an account in the recent SoapBox Rotations Banwave? I know you can't do miracles and we have to be reasonable when buying your services, I'm just asking expecting an honest answer from you considering how complicated bans are when they're part of a banwave.

It might still be worth a shot, but people should know that for Blizzard/WoW and specially when you get banned for 3rd party program such as SBR in a banwave its extremly low chance to get unbanned nowdays, its not like it used to be like 2 years ago, before their new ban policy. Blizzard is aware of every "trick" and even states in the mail when you get banned " Our support staff will not overturn this penalty and may not respond to appeals" and "the account holder is responsible for all activity on the account".
