I bought SEPHIROFL's premium unban service due to a banned Blizzard account. So far the responses I have received have been within 24 hrs. To me that is a reasonable timeframe as I understand that he like everyone else has a life.

Is the service worth the money? I would say that it is. Although it could cost as much as a new game license itself, to me the time invested in the account is worth much more than the money paid for the service. Well, look for success stories posted during the last year and judge for yourself. You're probably not gonna find many, if any, though. WoW bans aren't like the used to be and Sephirofl still selling this service is kinda preying on peoples desperation.
