yeah that's true, not ALL achievements but like 99% of them... and I think if you have an original PVP title or the ones from rbg you can't use them because you got them on your specific toon that was banned.

1st Letter - Blizz responded no, closed ticket.

I am sorry, but what is the issue? As I had mentioned, I respond to my customers in the order received, and premium members are prioritized as well, due to their purchase level. As I had mentioned, the response time from the point you email is currently around 28-34 hours for Lifetime Users, and roughly 4-8 hours for Premium users.

I try to get to these as fast as possible, but I do have to sleep as well, and at times, that can push your wait time over those normal hours, but I do service customers non stop.
