Hello. I have an account that got banned about a month ago for botting. it was a 1 month old account. I had openned a ticket initially asking about what had caused the ban and got a response saying that after reviewing their logs, blizz confirms that there was botting involved and that the sanction will not be reversed.
is there still anything you can do about this?
Yes, I am still able to help with this. The only time that messaging blizzard can be very detrimental towards account recovery, is when players admit to guilt, or submit too many improper responses.

Hmm... Mixed about his service...
First of all he is very slow on responding, you wait long time (1 day) for accept on Skype and normally like 2 hours for response on a Skype message.
Second of all, he is good at guiding people, credit for that! However, that Skype response is still needed, as a lot of info is on mail.
Thirdly, my unban was NOT SUCCESFULL. I know that this guy does not promise unban, and only promises to help.
But what is the worst thing is this: I brought his LIFETIME SERVICE! But when I told him that the first letter he sent me failed, he NEVER contacted me again! He even deleted me from Skype!!
This guy is a LIAR! When I order LIFETIME service, he should continue to help me, not just delete you!
Conclusion:
NOT ADVICED!

First off, It was a Saturday that I was not on skype, because I do have a real life... A house.. A wife... and a child... Of course I am going to spend time with them instead of contacting people on skype. Sorry the other 6 days I am online consistently isn't enough for you...
I clear out Skype when the people no longer respond to me... When I contact them and they begin discussing matters with me via email, then it is easily organized, and easy to see which customers submitted responses first. Responses come on a first come first serve basis. It would be to hard to track timestamps from multiple forms of communication to see which client I must work on first.
I mentioned that I am on MSN / Skype usually 6 hours a day... Just because you weren't on in that time period doesn't mean that I wasn't on to help customers, but yes I was away this Saturday with my family...
And what email are you claiming that I never contacted you again... When I submit the instructions and letters to you, it isn't my job to track you down... You are suppose to follow the steps, and it even mentions that you have to respond to me with what had occured. I respond to all emails that come in... I don't go chasing people to communicate with them unless they have contacted me after the initial letter. Typically, that means they have been unbanned and do not communicate with me anymore. That is why there is a Customers who never messaged me again: 23 section... Because some people get unbanned, and never respond to me again since they do not need me.
Conclusion:
Irrational Client - Whom I would still assist if they ever did contact me again with the progress of their unban.
PS. I checked our email correspondence... The last email I had sent you was on Tue, Jun 4, 2013 at 10:29 PM... After that, you had NEVER responded to me... So again, that is on you... Not me.

Ordered a lifetime service to get an account unbanned that was banned for "Abuse of economy". Will update with the response from Blizzard and further progress
