SWTOR CD key for a wow account

Hi all I am looking to trade a TOR CD Key (Eu) for an eu wow account with a decent level 85 toon, prefer a healer or caster dps but all are welcome except warriors.

Are the EU CD-Keys compatible with the US game accounts? I've heard that they were.
If you can verify they are, I have a great wow account that I'm willing to trade.
