I also ordered and submitted my info about 2 days and still waiting. I got a couple responses back with the email but was hoping to get an eta in terms of what day I can have the product by. I don't mind waiting but would love some sort of eta. I'm not sure what "a tad more time means" lol... I don't know if Sharpeye sees all the emails so I figure I will post here. I will edit this post to a positive review once I can.

I got the product, will leave a review after some use. I will say customer service is pretty good if you email them. I'm not mad about the late delivery but maybe send a notice saying that they are behind and need more time if they can't make the 24 hour deadline when you purchase it and send the info.
