I believe you have misinterpreted the information, the cheat will not flag your account, canaadriane was referring to if you were previously flagged from using another cheat.

If I use this, Can I just continue to use it until I get a full account ban or will I get this Anti pixel bot ban? (So the account is worthless and I wont be able to use it at all)

To keep it simple, I will purchase a new OW account once I have gotten my hands on a cheat

As long as you have either Windows 7 or Windows 10 then you're fine.
The last major patch broke the no hp bar feature. It is currently being worked on and will be back shortly.

Joining the CFBOT discord would a faster and easier way to get replies to any questions you may have.
