[WTB] 70+ Account

After playing the same class for four years I am feeling up to trying out a new one. But, being the lazy person I am, do not want to start at level 1!

Account requirements:
1) Must have WOTLK

If it does not have WOTLK I will NOT pay over 50$

2) Currently buying HORDE only.

3) Must have at LEAST one 70+ character on it.

If the account has more than one 70+ character I may NOT be willing to pay more for the extra character depending on the class and price of the account.

4) You must be the OO and have full account information.

If the account cost is over 75$ I will require a scanned ID before any money will be sent.
CD keys are a + but are NOT needed.

5) Must be Non-b.net merged

This is for safety, When an account is B.net merged there is a possibility the account is scammed. This is also because the account will be going onto my personal battle.net account for transfer to my main account.

6) Must be US

I am just looking for a cheap account so please, do not offer an account that is amazingly geared, I just don't have the money at the moment.
