What I want:

A EU account that is dutch with a LV 70 on it. Or a EU account with a LV 70 that accept bank transfer payments for character transfer. Or, you must be able to transfer the character on your own with a C.C for example. I want a secure account so I'm needing to transfer it to another account.

If you got one of those, it needs to be equally geared because I'm trading 2 characters for 1. I ONLY want Horde characters on a PvP server. Rogue, MS Warrior or Warlock.
