so i bought a wowinfinity subscription 2 days ago, i bought it to speed hack but apparently u can't speed hack on retail.
anw the acct has a 1 year sub and im selling it for 15$

3) they got a working speed hack but its using DLL file as a library or what not so he hasn't implemented it yet into the actual hack for public.

i dont see him making any profit. he just lost 10$ if it sells regardless. and its ip tracked for when it is on. if more then 1 ip is on it then it gets banned not more then 1 ip in ever. cause dynamic ip address( change when router goes off) . that would suck to get banned cause ur power went out. i see no harm in selling the account for less then he bought it for. >.> /shoo :P

Once he's purchased the software the doctrine of first sale kicks in. He can do whatever the **** he wants with the software as long as he is not illegally redistributing it (ie redistributing/selling it when he still retains and uses a copy), as long as full ownership is transferred there is no problem.

I'm not a laywer, nor an american, but I believe that's a correct interpretation of your laws.
