"tones" of skins isnt very clear, can you give me a number? Also is the account ranked? If so what league/division?

Ehm several champs have all skins, and i nearly have about 1 or 2 skin for every champ. I was gold season 3, bronze 1 at the moment. Mmr got lowered in season 3 when i wanted to help some bronze friends out. Shouln't have done that. Nearly 200 champs i believe, so one or 2 skins a champ, some even all skins, it can give u a rought number of how much skins.
