-paying 3$ for each double melded equip (tier 3 or higher) with cracked materia
-paying 1$ for each other piece of lower tier melded equip with cracked materia
-paying 5$ for each million Gil (2.0 converted)

Of course, need ingame screenshots + square Enix account service list page, lodestone character page, and signed color-scanned statement of sale. I can pay via PayPal verified (gift), western union or bank wire transfer to your bank account.
