Very cheap VPS (1gbps unmetred), starting a 20$/mo

I have a very powerful server that I am barely using, the rent is pretty expensive, so I am trying to pay the rent by selling virtual servers.
The server has the following specs :

2 x Intel® Xeon® E5620 (Westmere) 
8x 2.4GHz, 64 Bits
24 Go DDR3 ECC 
2 x 2 To SAS

To test your ping : 88.190.232.18
It's located in Paris and I have 10 IPs available for your VPS.

Here is the deal :
- You get one dedicated IP
- 1Gbps unlimited, unmetred
- Access to vSphere client which allows you to make snapshots, mount an ISO over the net, install whatever OS you want on it, see performance logs...
- I do not want seedbox or dl box to provide illegal copies of anything
- You are responsible of your IP address and whatever you do with it (be it legal or not)

Now for the resources :
Your server comes with 100GB of hard drive space right away.

For each Ghz of CPU resources you want, you have to pay 4$/mo more and for each gB of ram you have to pay 5$/mo (you can change by sending me an email at any time).
For each 20GB of hard drive, you must pay 3$/mo more.

To calculate the price here is the formula to use :
frequency (in Ghz) * 4 + ram (in GB) * 5 + (supplementary hard drive) * 0.15 + 11

Therefore the lowest configuration you can get :
1Ghz, 1GB of ram, 100GB hard drive costs 20$/mo.
