So yeah i need to verify my paypal AGAIN and i want to use a VCC (virtual credit card) instead of having to add my legit card, too much hassle of opening another bank account.

Will give u a 2d reward for one, needs to have like $5 on it i think for the verification process. UNLESS sending money from that paypal does not need verification then it can be empty as long as it works.

IF maybe you have bought one for other purposes but not used on paypal then lend your old bud 2d it

I can probs give some $$ in the future when i get paid.
