Guild Wars 1 powerlevel & hall of monument point farming

Hey

Basically im considering getting a powerlevel in guild wars, aiming to have monument points for the guild wars 2 when it does come out.
I am sort of an achievement freak, and i plan to play GW2, so i would love to have all the rewards from this. However i dont think i got enough time / dedication / etc to get all this done on my own.


So here is the thing

What I have:
GW nightfall account
GW eye of north account

What i want:
1-20 leveling (any class/spec/etc)
as many Hall of Monument points as possible <- this is a priority.


Would anyone be willing to perform this? How long would it take? How much would it cost me?

Any decent offers will be considered, and reply will be given in a short time.
