Cheap Acct ANY job w/ Primal/Coil access. 0gil + little is ok.

I am looking to buy two CHEAP accounts that have primal and coil access.

Stripped + 0 gil is okay. Terrible/little gear is okay.

Only requirements is that they have at least 1 job 50 and have access to Primal and Coil.

Preferably on Excalibur server. However, if cheap enough I will buy and transfer.

I have very few restrictions so whoever will take the lowest price for the account wins!

Preferred method of payment is paypal. I am new to this site, so if you prefer to go through ebay where I have ample feedback that is fine too.
