Master's Pack (Master Founder) Code or Account, Preferably on Windrest. Any lvl

I'm looking to buy a B&S Account that has a Master Founder's Pack on it, or just the Code itself.

I'm not looking for anything specific on the account, any Level/Class/Equipment.
However, as mentioned preferably Windrest.

NOTE: If we end up trading, I am Never paying you before I got access to the account.
I consider Real Life money to be more valuable than some online account, therefore not paying first. (To me, Common sense)
I'm mentioning this in advance to prevent scammers who love to get money in exchange for fake bullcrap. (Had a few attempted scams with the Founder Code already)
