Got a Delphinad Tidal Bow for sale on EU Melisara. It's quality is Unique but this can be discussed, depends on the price.
It's 109% tempered and has 3 cheap gems. (1.2 ranged damage, and ofc the pvp 2% buff).

I also have a FULL HEROIC set Magnifient Squall which is FULLY enchanted and gemmed.
