looking for someone to make a dbo emulator

hi i'm looking for someone to make a public dragon ball online emulator the game is a mmorpg the game can be found at dbmmo and the have a English patch for it so cuz its not in english at all its Korean but the ui looks the same as wow if anyone could do this some how i think lot people would like it cuz i done seen there form is flooded with people asking about it in english but its not easy playing it with other people that do not speak english and in many cases people get banned from the game cuz a lot of can't speak Korean
