Help with ne script

Heya guys I need some help with one program I am developing. I need to know how to make a simple text to change in specific time:

Text one shows when the application is started
text two shows 10 econds after
text 3 shows 10 seconds after the second text.

You know waht I mean, would be happy to get answer, I won't tell waht the application is about because someone will make it times faster than me, but I am going to release it here when it is finished.

Form.Load subroutine, set the first text. Have a timer on 10 second tick. When it ticks, change to second text, then third text on next tick.
