You can allways install a VPC (Virtual PC) on the mac, set it up for windows xp then install microsoft visual studios.
Thats the only way i can think of so far.
Using a VM is a nice idea, I've also heard of Main Page - Mono, but I have no idea whether it's still in production stages (might be buggy).
Darwine 'converts' files like .exe to something you can run on a mac.

You would need Net Framework on the Mac -> impossible
mono is useless, doesn't even support framework 2.0. use parallels desktop to virtualize a copy of windows and use it to code.
