Vista "problems"

The old sites where i used to discuss about these things are now gone so i'm asking this here.

I've been thinking, I've not programmed for a while(for years, i've not have interest to do anything, I've had other things to do and i've not have time to program anything) and i just downloaded some C++ compilers to get started from where i stopped last time. And now since the vista's out i'm facing a problem.

How to get trough the user control? Window's security has get on a new level! It seems impossible to run any programs without permission of the user / main user(sorry i'm new with vista, I still don't really know the operating system well). Is there something way to get around this block or disable it without that the user is aware of it?

And of course i'd like to know this only for educational purposes *cough*
