Latest update starts to run - and then stops, and deletes the TurboHUD.exe

After updating to the most recent version, I'm unable to run TH. It gives the little loading box like normal, then that closes. The hud doesn't come up. Inside the TH folder, the exe file is now gone. Folder becomes locked so that even system administrator accounts aren't able to copy files in. Deleted the folder, made clean install. Same problem. There's no messages given by TurboHUD.
