Diablo 3 is stuttering, dropping FPS and freezing while TurboHUD is on.

Hello. I've been trying to fix this problem but I'm really clueless what to begin with. So, normally Diablo3 without THUD is running flawlessly, on windowed fullscreen and everything maxed out in Greater rifts solo im over 100fps (D3 is just so poorly optimized at this point) with occasional dips to 80-90. After I turn turbohud on I'm losing around 10% of FPS which is not an issue, thing is after some time of playing game starts to slow down, fps is randomly spiking and on top of that game is stuttering very bad to the point where it's freezing for good few seconds. Only solution to this is to restart D3 and THUD completly. I wanted to add that in any other game or program I'm not having any issues. All of my drivers are up to date, no viruses, no fancy plugins installed - just vanilla thud with disabled screenshots and items grayed out.
I have tried lowering options to lowest but it makes no difference at all.

My PC specs are:
R5 3600
RTX 2070Super
16Gb ram
SSD
@edit I found out that lowering Sound Quality to 16bit helps a bit.

Same probleme here. D3 is freezing for 3-4 seconds. In hc not funny

same here, just started today actually. worked perfectly yesterday, doesnt make much sense to me.. not quite 3-4 seconds but still, stuttering

I think this issue is happening regardless of using THUD. My ethical friends are also experiencing it.

The NA server has been having issues. It is being worked on. They are not sure if the cause is the server being overloaded or if the theme has code issues.
