Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurboHUD

Hi all,
I've read nearly all threads about this problem [Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurboHUD] and still can't find a solution to it.

can reach 1 and 2, but not 3

can't use HUD since proxy is banned.
live in China,
so is there anyway for me to get version info?
or is there a manual switch to allow me use proxy?

I dunno about proxy and what not, but there was a new d3 patch earlier and Thud needs an update. So plz wait.
