Asking Again

I use TuboHUD for D3. I am playing in Window mode. Not Window Full Screen. I play on a 55inch 4Khigh end Sony. When I clicked outside the window during gameplay, it caused the overlay to skew and is no longer aligned over the game screen. It is shifted by about an inch, when looking in Inventory, and the minimap is ghosted with parallel halls and passages.

My question is, how do I get the overlay to go back to default? I will also mention, that if I shift to Windows, Full Screen, everything is perfect.
